Sennen’s Head of Delivery and Client Service, Beth, has built her foundation of project management, software delivery, and customer success skills over a diverse range of industries.
Beth relocated to Zurich to start her career in analytics consulting; implementing data strategy and governance in financial services and pharmaceuticals organisations. Beth has since focused on technology transformation and software delivery in various organisations in the South West of the UK, working in both large organisations and startups.
At Sennen, Beth is responsible for defining our development roadmap based on client and internal priorities and translating these priorities to the development teams. She also plans and manages client platform implementations and is responsible for post-implementation service, support, and relationship management.
Beth’s experience has equipped her with a best practice toolkit, which she enjoys adapting and applying to new organisations, with the end goal of delighting our clients throughout their interactions with Sennen.
